The property, which is described as a “slice of rural heaven”, includes seven verandas and is located a 45 minutes drive from Geelong.
Pearce attended Geelong College and spent some of his childhood in the area.
The real estate agency describes it as an “amazing architectural masterpiece” sitting sky high over 19 acres and with uninterrupted views of the Brisbane Ranges, the You Yangs, Corio Bay and the Bellarine Peninsula.
While it was built 20 years ago, it has three different areas to live including the main house, a bed house and a cottage.
