Designed by Cadence and Co, the remarkable Napa Valley-style ranch estate located in California comes with a price tag of $24 million, facilitated by their steadfast financiers, Suncorp-Metway.
Perched atop a natural escarpment neighboring Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the expansive two-story residence boasts grand proportions, envisioned by architect Michael Kilkeary for Simone Mills, spouse of Darren Mills, co-founder of Cadence & Co construction firm.
Nestled on a sprawling 1.8-hectare estate, Charlotte Park features equestrian amenities, an American-style barn, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a chicken coop, a kitchen garden, and garage space for up to 13 cars, all meticulously constructed over a span of two years on the grounds of a former Italian market garden.
The acquisition price significantly eclipses the local record of $14.1 million established last spring by Adrian Fonseca, an entrepreneur in Oxanda Education, and his wife, Nancy Reardon-Fonseca, for their 1.76-hectare property on Myoora Rd, which also showcases a home crafted by Cadence and Co.

The luxury estate was subsequently sold to local resident Mark Allsop, marking a new benchmark for the suburb, surpassing the previous record of $12 million set when rugby league icon Brad Fittler and his partner, Marie Liarris, sold their 2.2-hectare property to former Telstra chairman John Mullen and his wife, Jacqueline, in 2022.
According to PropTrack, the median house price in Terrey Hills stands at $2.27 million, reflecting a notable increase of 13.5% over the past year.
Meanwhile, Healy and Starc have not yet finalized the sale of their residence in North Curl Curl, a designer home originally constructed by Jennifer Hawkins and her spouse, builder Jake Wall, which initially carried a price guide of $9 million. The couple acquired the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house for $5.235 million in 2016, following the sale of Starc’s Mosman residence for $5.95 million.
Having tied the knot in 2016, the North Curl Curl home served as their inaugural shared residence. As top-tier contractual players for Cricket Australia, they also actively participate in the Indian Premier League competitions.
Accumulating a notable property portfolio within the confines of the Northern Beaches, the couple expanded their investments by purchasing a property in Killarney Heights for $1,625,000 in 2017. Subsequently, they undertook renovations on the 1970s-era three-bedroom home, which initially garnered an $850-per-week rental income, reflecting a 2.7% yield, albeit reduced to $650 per week during the pandemic in 2020. Following a reconstruction project amounting to $827,304 in 2023, the property is currently seeking tenants at $2000 per week through Zoe Thackeray of Clarke and Humel.
Additionally, they are in pursuit of tenants willing to pay $2200 per week for their $1.95 million investment property in Collaroy Plateau, featuring a wraparound deck and a swimming pool.
