Jahan, a 25-year-old asset manager and sales executive at Ray White Parramatta in Sydney‘s west, has garnered significant attention for his Instagram videos promoting various properties, often featuring him arriving at lower to mid-range homes in extravagant vehicles like a Rolls Royce or a Lamborghini.
While his flashy and meticulously produced videos have drawn criticism for being perceived as ‘tone deaf’ and ‘douchey’, Jahan remains steadfast in his approach, emphasizing the importance of keeping both sellers and buyers satisfied amid the negative feedback.
Starting as a sales agent just five months ago, Jahan recognized the need for a fresh perspective in marketing properties. Dissatisfied with the traditional real estate videos, he decided to incorporate luxury cars into his productions, aiming to captivate viewers and differentiate himself from the competition.

Despite facing backlash for his unconventional tactics, Jahan defends his strategy, citing the unique challenges of the Parramatta market, which predominantly consists of units. In such a saturated market, he believes it’s crucial to stand out to avoid properties languishing unsold for extended periods.
Contrary to accusations of exploiting vendors, Jahan asserts that he covers the costs of marketing, including renting luxury vehicles, out of his own pocket. He eschews charging clients for marketing expenses, opting instead to focus on building trust and providing exceptional service.
Jahan’s commitment to treating every property with the same level of attention, regardless of its price tag, is evident in his approach. Even for more modestly priced units, he spares no effort in crafting high-quality sales videos and delivering personalized marketing campaigns.
Despite facing criticism on social media, Jahan remains undeterred, viewing negative comments as part of the territory. His persistence has paid off, with several properties directly selling as a result of his social media campaigns, validating his unorthodox approach in the competitive real estate landscape.
