A viral sensation has emerged on social media, courtesy of an Australian real estate agent. This agent made waves by sharing a marketing video for a family property, which conspicuously featured a luxury car surpassing the value of the house.

The video, posted by agent Khalid Sarwari on TikTok, garnered significant attention. Some intrigued viewers inquired about the possibility of renting a McLaren similar to the one showcased in the marketing video for 13 Wedgewood Drive in Pakenham, Melbourne. Sarwari responded to a viewer’s query about the car’s repayment costs by suggesting, “punch in 680k (sic) and you should get the figures.”

The property, situated in the Falling Water Estate in Pakenham, Melbourne’s southeastern outskirts, is listed at $650,000 for a private sale.

The star of the promotional video was a McLaren 720S coupe in silica white, a model introduced in 2017, complete with twin-hinged butterfly doors and a design influenced by the sleek contours of a great white shark.

In the video, Sarwari, wearing sunglasses and a suit, led his 5000+ TikTok followers through a tour of the property, emphasizing the sellers’ eagerness to close a deal.

At the time of publication, the TikTok video for 13 Wedgewood Drive had attracted 77,000 views, a considerable number compared to many of the agent’s other property campaign videos.

Among the comments from TikTok users were humorous suggestions like “I’ll buy it, mate, just include your car for me” and “Does the car come with the house or the house with the car?”

In a light-hearted exchange, one viewer suggested a Hyundai Tucson would suit the property, to which the agent responded that he didn’t have one in his collection.

Sarwari’s dove white McLaren also made an appearance in another TikTok property campaign for a Clyde North family home, which has since been sold. The four-bedroom house boasts an ensuite in the main bedroom, a theater room with a ceiling-mounted projector, a covered outdoor deck, and solar panels. The listing emphasizes the property’s quiet location in proximity to schools, shops, and public transport.
