A Sydney real estate agent who admitted looking at a 13-year-old girl through the rear window of her family home had earlier tried to sell the house next door, a court has heard.
Isaac Nelson Teu on Tuesday was convicted and handed a two-year good behaviour bond after he admitted peering at the teenager through the lounge room window of her northern beaches home on the night of November 30, 2018.
He also admitted looking into a Collaroy woman’s home a fortnight earlier. The married father, 30, testified in Manly Local Court that he’d visited the girl’s neighbour’s home 28 times when it was listed for sale months earlier.
He agreed he returned to the street on November 30 and he “vaguely” remembered walking up the side of the teenager’s house.
