THE company run by Cobden real estate agent David Steel is expected to be charged with more than 1000 offences.
Consumer Affairs Victoria prosecutors previously charged Realestate Property Pty Ltd with seven counts of fraud relating to almost $50,000.
But on Monday a lawyer on behalf of CAV told magistrate Cynthia Toose in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court that it was expected more than 1000 charges would be laid.
