Shane Warne and Sam Newman have joined a list of high-profile business leaders at a $540 million ultra-luxury St Kilda development.
Real estate guru Antony Catalano made headlines earlier in the year when he splashed about $30 million on a lavish penthouse at the Saint Moritz project by Gurner.
Warne and Newman were understood to be looking at the project — which will be home to multiple mansion-sized apartments — across the past six weeks, and industry sources have confirmed the pair followed through as part of more than $480 million in sales to date.
