A REAL ESTATE agent in the nation’s capital has put the small town of Ngunnawal on the map with his Youtube property listing being dubbed as “Australia’s most cringe worthy real estate listing”.
The gutsy move to produce a Youtube video of himself playing the ukulele — while singing Oasis’s Wonderwall — may well prove to pay off for LJ Hooker’s Ben Lewis, who said he aimed to make the listing “stand out from the crowd”.
