The best suburbs in each Australian capital city in which to buy property have been revealed.
Affordability topped the list of priorities for market analyst Martin North, who shared his findings on Seven’s Sunrise on Thursday.
Sydney
North names St Peters, Enmore, Waterloo and Brookvale as the best Sydney suburbs in which to buy property.
The average home price in the harbour city is about $1,000,000, the highest in the country by far.
