Josh Tesolin has extended his partnership with the Ray White Group, sealing the deal a year ahead of schedule. As the principal of Ray White Quakers Hill – Tesolin Group, he is determined to surpass the record for the highest Gross Commission Income (GCI) written by an individual agent within the national network.
Expressing his commitment, Mr. Tesolin stated, “I have re-signed with the group a year earlier than planned, under the same terms. My bond with the Ray White family, especially with Tim Snell over the past four years, has been unwavering.”
Reflecting on the growth of his office, he added, “We’ve expanded from a team of three to over 50 individuals, and our market share in Quakers Hill has surged from zero to over 50 percent. Why wait until the end of the term? We operate as a family business within a larger family, receiving tremendous support.”

Under his leadership, the Ray White Quakers Hill team has successfully closed 2198 property deals in just four years. Last year alone, Mr. Tesolin achieved his target of generating $8 million in GCI, selling over 300 properties, and securing the Number 1 agent in NSW award for the second consecutive year at the AREA.
Regarding his decision to stay with the Ray White brand, Mr. Tesolin emphasized, “Leaving the group never crossed my mind. My team shares a collective appreciation for Ray White, known for its top-tier systems that enhance our businesses.”
Transitioning to auction-based sales, he explained, “Before joining Ray White, auctions were unfamiliar territory for us. Now, we conduct auctions exclusively. This year, we aim to complete 700-800 auctions, with myself already having overseen 350.”
At 29, Mr. Tesolin believes he’s at the pinnacle of his career. He acknowledged Ray White’s pivotal role in their growth journey, saying, “Ray White has been instrumental in our expansion.
