Purchased in 2019 for $4.05 million, this heritage-listed property, also known as ‘Dalveen,’ was constructed around 1887 for civil engineer John Garner Johnson. Lancashire and his family are undertaking extensive renovations to blend the home’s historic charm with modern amenities, including a three-story extension featuring a master bedroom, wine cellar, sauna, and gym. The interior has already undergone a cosmetic renovation with assistance from ‘The Block’ couple, Michael and Carleen Duffy.

Heath Williams – Brisbane

Gavin Rubinstein – Sydney

Gavin Rubinstein, star of ‘Luxe Listings‘ and founder of The Rubinstein Group (TRG), owned a contemporary townhouse in Waverley, Sydney. Purchased in March 2022 for $6.25 million, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home featured luxury amenities such as a master suite with dual walk-in wardrobes, an eco-heated pool, and smart home technology. Rubinstein sold the property two years later for approximately $8 million, reflecting a significant appreciation and his acumen in high-end real estate.

Star of hit TV series Gavin Rubinstein bought a townhouse in the eastern suburbs that went up by nearly $2 million in price when he sold it.

Rubinstein bought one of the two ‘mirrored’ Waverly homes designed by Future Flip, worth $8 million at the time he sold it.

D’Leanne Lewis – Sydney

Purchased for $3.5 million, the six-bedroom residence accommodates her family and offers open-plan living with proximity to the beach.
