The waterfront mansion in Russell in the Bay of Islands built by the notorious drug dealer Terry Clark is on the market again with the agents describing the 17553m2 (1.75ha) property as being “far from the turbulent countries of the world”.
Terry Clark (Mr Asia), who smuggled millions of dollars’ worth of heroin into New Zealand, Australia and the UK the 1970s as head of the Mr Asia international drug syndicate, had the mansion built in the Bay of Islands.
