Australian tennis champ Lleyton Hewitt and his TV-star wife Bec have listed their “stunning” Toorak home for sale, with an asking price between $15 million and $16 million.
The property at 34 Heyington Place hit the market this week, giving buyers the opportunity to own the piece of Toorak the Hewitts have called home for the past five years.
The celebrity couple bought the home in 2016 for $12.7 million, records show, and if they achieve their asking price they will make a profit of more than $2 million.
No doubt the couple will be hoping for a grand-slam win when it comes to the sale of the European-inspired mansion, which includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an underground garage big enough for six cars.
It also has a heated outdoor pool, in-ground trampoline, a basketball ring and a large outdoor entertaining area.
The only thing missing from the family home of the Wimbledon winner is, surprisingly, a tennis court.
Jellis Craig Armadale senior sales consultant Phillip French would not comment on the vendors, only to say the property had been owner-occupied.
