Dominion Building

Wellington’s Dominion Building, built in 1928, is one of the city’s most recognisable heritage buildings.

For the first time in 15 years, the three-level penthouse in the tower has come onto the market. It is owned by John and Jacquie Archibald, who downsized from a large house to the penthouse after their family grew up and left home – they now intend to move to their Kapiti Coast holiday home permanently.
