CHINESE billionaire Kuizhang “Sam” Guo is selling his historic Hunters Hill riverfront estate, Windermere, for a price rumoured to be about $18 million.
Nicknamed the “Chinese Gatsby” by locals because of his predilection for throwing lavish parties, Mr Guo paid $11.45 million for the circa 1858 mansion in 2014.
He soon gained media attention for his regular bashes, attended by the crème de la crème of Chinese celebrities such as actors Vicki Zhao Wei and Xu Zheng.
