PHOTO: JIM RICE/STUFF Sandra Cowley and her husband said they faced a harder battle to find a rental property because of having been through the Tenancy Tribunal.

Sandra Cowley didn’t intend to move out of Auckland but she says a dispute with her landlord left her no other option.

It was particularly a concern because their youngest child was born prematurely and had health problems.

The tenancy ended after a battle over heating and insulation.
