The first sections of a new subdivision in Marlborough are about to go under the hammer to “test the market”.
The Rose Manor subdivision, off Old Renwick Rd, is expected to add 190 new homes to Blenheim’s housing market over the next few years.
And with other subdivisions selling out, demand at Wednesday’s auction is expected to be high.
