It was the most expensive apartment to be sold on The Block NZ: Firehouse last year, going for $1.6 million a few days after the auction in September 2019.
But the set date of sale for the penthouse decorated by Sophia and Mikaere Gardiner passed during lockdown and now the marketing team has fixed an asking price.
John Wills and Nic Blackie of Custom Residential have the listing and are advertising the penthouse for $1.68 million.
The listing doesn’t mention the “incredibly cool, iconic penthouse” was from The Block NZ. But it does say: “Volume, size and light lead the way here and a skilled artistic vision is evident even in the most unexpected of places.”
