Blanche d’Alpuget, the widow of former prime minister Bob Hawke, has sold her luxury apartment in the One30 Hyde Park, Sydney CBD tower, but only after offering a sizeable discount.
It initially had a guide of $4.3 million to $4.5 million in July, which was adjusted to $4.2 million by September.

She dumped Ray White as her listing agent and the whisper is that it sold through Tolga Ozer at Boutique Property Agents at an unconfirmed $3.72 million.
d’Alpuget moved there after they settled on it in March 2019, following the sale of the couple’s Northbridge waterfront property.

D’Alpuget is moving to the Hyde tower next door, which cost $4.6 million.
