Boost Juice founder Janine Allis has sold her stylish Noosa holiday home for $5.2 million to a Melbourne buyer who bought it after two FaceTime inspections.
Set in Noosa Heads’ Little Cove and steps from the beach, the four-bedroom house at 12 Mitti Street was due to go to auction last month but was sold prior to the event after the keen Melbourne buyers made an offer Allis couldn’t refuse.
The entrepreneur and Shark Tank star is based in Melbourne but has traded up to a more substantial holiday house nearby. The family’s investment company bought the Mitti Street home for $1.6 million in 2009, records show.
The property features rainforest views, a palm-tree-fringed pool with rain shower, indoor-outdoor dining space and a teenage retreat complete with media room.
