Brisbane’s most spectacular renovation of 2018, described as something “never seen before”, has hit the market.

When the heritage-listed 47 Hazelmere Parade, Sherwood, changed hands six years ago, it was already at dream home status.

Purchased for $2.55 million, the 1930s residence was set on a landmark 2500 square metre estate featuring picturesque manicured grounds, a championship-sized flood-lit tennis court and 18-metre pool.
