A man has won a battle to evict his sister and brother-in-law from his million dollar Auckland property after they refused to leave.
Paul Johnston took his sister Lynda Cooper and her husband John Cooper to the High Court in October in an attempt to kick them out of his house in Cornwallis, in West Auckland.
Late last month, Associate Judge Hannah Sargisson ruled the pair had to leave, ending the year-long battle between the siblings.
