Christchurch builder Sam Rogers has left a trail of failed jobs, debts and devastated customers.
A group of those customers, appalled at the way he runs construction business Land Homes, now want to see him stopped. One former client calls him the “worst builder in Christchurch”.
Each of the group claims long delays, poor communication, appalling organisation and bad workmanship have made their building experience a nightmare.
Rogers, who is linked to two companies – Land Homes and Land Design – of which his wife Kimberley is the director, still promotes Land Homes on Facebook as a national design and build company.
