The Dunedin property that once belonged to the Bain family has been sold.
Edinburgh property realtor Lane Sievwright says the property sold in a deadline sale which closed on August 7.
“We have a happy vendor and purchaser.”
While Sievwright could not disclose how much the home sold for he said the owner was “happy” with the price.
