Christchurch’s fanciest apartment building is out of the ground after buyers signed up for homes priced up to $5.7 million.
The project is the luxury $22m Upper House building at 108 Park Tce overlooking Hagley Park and the Avon River.
Its four apartments are priced between about $3.5m and $4.1m for the single-level homes, and about $5.7m for the two-storey penthouse.
Three of the four have been pre-sold, including the penthouse, which has been bought by retired Christchurch property investor and businessman John Butterfield.
