A TOTAL of 146 lots have sold at Arundel Springs since their release last year.
The project, undertaken by Villa World features 306 land lots across six stages with stage three almost sold out.
Stage four construction was fast tracked to meet buyer demand, and this is selling fast. Development manager Kevin Morse said the quality of lifestyle at Arundel Springs had been a standout for buyers.
