Diaz, who stepped away from acting six years ago, has recently announced her return to the big screen, generating significant buzz among fans and the entertainment industry alike.
The gated property boasts a high-tech security system and a blend of natural materials such as stone and wood, with large windows that flood the interiors with sunlight. The design features high-beamed, coffered ceilings, French doors, and multiple fireplaces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is adorned with marble and brass, while the double-height great room is airy and bright. In contrast, the dining room and office embrace a darker palette, with moody, textured copper walls and dark wood cabinetry. The home theater is designed for comfort, with plush lounge seating perfect for relaxing and watching one of Diaz’s many films.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite occupies an entire wing and includes a fireplace, sitting area, double wardrobes, and double baths. The guesthouse on the property can also serve as a home office.
The grounds are meticulously maintained, featuring a child-proofed pool with waterfalls, surrounded by greenery and walking paths through hillside gardens and rolling lawns.

Despite selling this Benedict Canyon estate, Diaz and Madden maintain an impressive real estate portfolio. In 2022, they purchased a six-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion in Montecito for $12.67 million (A$18.7 million), where their neighbors include Oprah Winfrey, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Ellen DeGeneres. They also own a $9.5 million condo in New York City and Diaz’s longtime home above the Sunset Strip in the Hollywood Hills.
