Canberra housing market steady after outperforming Sydney in 2017, experts say

Canberra market’s modest growth in 2017 is set to be repeated, despite potential volatility in other parts of the country, property analysts have said.

Data from CoreLogic shows property prices in the ACT rose by 4.9 per cent last year, compared to 5.9 per cent growth in 2016, reflecting a softer market Australia-wide.
