A house at 37 Longbeach Drive has sold for $1.15 million.
Previously seen as undesirable, Castlecliff has transformed in recent years from a seaside suburb with a reputation for gang violence to a growing community.
Whanganui and Partners’ strategic lead – capability and international Hannah Kelly said it was part of a wider revitalisation of the area.
