Catch Group co-founder Hezi Leibovich has listed his Brighton investment property for sale, with hopes of between $10 million and $11 million.

The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home at 8 St Ninians Court, considered part of Brighton’s “golden mile”, was listed late last week.

Marshall White Bayside’s Ben Vieth confirmed the listing but would not comment further on the sale or the vendors.

Mr Leibovich has owned the property for the past eight years, buying it for $4.9 million in 2012, records show.
