Buyers have eaten up a Kensington house tastefully renovated by former owners Shannon Bennett and Madeleine West.
A young professional couple from Port Melbourne snapped up the five-bedroom Victorian, with a pool and top-notch Miele kitchen, for $2.265 million this month.
The vendors bought 5 Bruce St from celebrity chef Bennett and actor West in 2013 for $1.65 million, CoreLogic records show.
