The Double Bay house that superstar Delta Goodrem signed up for last year — then rejected in the cooling-off period — has finally sold for a street record.
Biller Property principal Paul Biller was tight-lipped when asked about the “Delta deal”, though he was happy to confirm that the five-bedroom four-bathroom home at 46 Epping Rd had sold today for more than the previous record in the street which was $4.9 million.
