In the last couple of years the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan — and new mum to daughter Stormi — bought up more than $US27 million ($AUD37.3 million) worth of property, but she is now starting to cash in.

The once tween reality star turned make up mogul was named the US’s youngest self-made woman by Forbes magazine earlier this year with an eye-watering personal worth of $US900 million ($1.244 billion).
