One of Australia’s top celebrity power couples joined sporting heroes, TV stars, comedians and a big-name radio personality to make property moves across NSW this year.
KIIS FM breakfast presenter Jackie O Henderson was among several famous faces to have to have bought and sold in a year that saw COVID-19 disrupt the property market.
Fresh from fleeing the now former COVID-19 plagued Melbourne, Hamish Blake and Zoe Foster Blake have been revealed as the buyers of a $8.925m Vaucluse this month, while Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall clinched the northern beaches record with the sale of a $24.5m Newport mansion.

Radio megastar Jackie O has had a busy year having purchased and sold in the eastern suburbs. She sold her charming five-bedroom house with a white picket fence in Vaucluse at auction for $6.675m. The house had been shared with her ex-husband Lee Henderson until they parted ways in 2018.
A few months later Henderson was revealed to be the buyer of an $11m four-bedroom house overlooking Cooper Park that was designed by Nick Tobias.
It features double-height ceilings, a Myles Baldwin-designed garden, heated swimming pool and a luxury dressing room.

The power couple set the northern beaches property record after selling their Newport home for $24.5m to tech billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes in June. The deal followed the residence coming to market last year with a $20m guide.
The former Miss Universe and her builder husband spent the best part of three years building the four-level compound on Pittwater designed by Koichi Takada. Called Casa Paloma, the 3360sqm property had a private beach, five bedrooms, home theatre, gym and a walk-in dressing room worthy of a supermodel.
