Even if Young Sheldon had crunched the numbers, he probably wouldn’t have calculated a future in a $12 million dollar home.
But the popular TV character’s alter ego, Jim Parsons, has just listed the multimillion-dollar Los Feliz residence he has called home since he snapped it up from Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson for $US6.375 million ($AUS8.56 million) in 2014.
Now on the market for $US8.95 million ($AUD12.02 million), the glamorous 1920s three-bedroom property has a star-studded ownership history.
Prior to Parsons and the tween heartthrob living there, the home belonged to Noah Wiley of ER fame, the original Dr Frank-N-Furter from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Tim Curry, and Legally Blond director, Australian Robert Luketic.
