Renowned Gold Coast Real Estate Agency Unveils New Name and Leadership
Ray White Burleigh Group, a leading real estate agency on the Gold Coast, has rebranded to Ray White Malan + Co under the leadership of Tiger Malan. The name change represents a significant transition as Tiger Malan takes over from his father, Larry Malan, who has been at the helm of the family-owned business.

The agency will continue to operate under the esteemed Ray White brand, maintaining access to their extensive nationwide databases. Ray White Malan + Co will introduce a fresh brown colour scheme and relocate to new offices in Broadbeach, with their former Miami headquarters targeted for future development into a childcare center.
Larry and Teresa Malan migrated to Australia in 1995 from South Africa.

Larry and Teresa Malan, who migrated to Australia from South Africa in 1995, bought Ray White Broadbeach in 2011. They acquired Ray White Mermaid Waters and Ray White Mermaid Beach, consolidating these into Ray White Burleigh Group by 2022.
