The path has been cleared for a Chinese Garden on Wellington’s waterfront.

The High Court on Friday dismissed a planning appeal from lobby group Waterfront Watch.

A Garden of Beneficence costing about $5 million was planned as part of a $10.5m revamp of Frank Kitts Park on Wellington’s waterfront between the shoreline and Jervois Quay.
