- A group of Christchurch developers and businessmen have backed out of High Court action against the $50 million McKenzie and Willis development.
City Centre Christchurch Limited (CCCL) withdrew High Court proceedings challenging the project after it reached a settlement with McKenzie and Willis developers 181 High Ltd and the Christchurch City Council.
CCCL was incorporated on June 8 and filed High Court proceedings seeking a judicial review against the council and 181 High Limited two days later.
