- Christchurch real estate is moving into the multimillion-dollar bracket with several homes selling for between $3 million and $6m in the past year.
The highest price paid was $5.65m for a modern, five-bedroom, 540 square metre house on Glandovey Rd between Strowan and Fendalton with a home theatre, swimming pool, covered terraces, outdoor fireplace and stream boundary.
