One of the Central Coast’s grandest estates that has drawn the eye of countless Australian celebrities has been snapped up for a huge sum.
Seafarm at 230 Cullens Rd in Kincumber was purchased by a Sydney family who edged out two other parties for the property in a deal last week.

While Belle Property Killcare’s Cathy Baker and Peter Kunov were unable to reveal the sale price, sources believe the result is around the $4.5 million price guide.
Ms Baker however confirmed the property had been well received with interest from 42 buyers during the campaign, five of whom requested contracts.
