COFFEE king Phillip Di Bella and his wife Gianna have embarked on a renewed push to sell their luxurious New Farm home.
The couple have been trying to offload the property at 30 Turner Avenue since November 2017 and have just recruited a new agent.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom, architecturally designed house was last advertised for sale for $3.995 million, but is now on the market for $3.8 million.
