COFFEE king Phillip Di Bella and his wife Gianna have sold their luxurious New Farm home for the bargain price of $3.4 million after trying to find a buyer for more than two years.
The couple has been trying to offload the three-level property at 30 Turner Ave since November 2017.
After listing it with five different agencies, the Di Bellas eventually decided to open-list the property and Peter Hutton of Hutton & Hutton Real Estate snagged a buyer.
