Property company Colliers International has bought Dunedin family-owned valuation business Chapman Consultancy.
The move comes two months after Colliers International Otago also took over Queenstown residential agency Hoamz.
Colliers International Otago now comprises two newly formed companies, Otago Valuations and Otago Realty, both of which operate together as franchises of Colliers International New Zealand.
