An enormous divorce case involving globetrotting former Queenstown couple Sophie and Tim Biggs has ended with a settlement terminating what would have been a long, complex trial.
The hearing, when it started last week at the High Court in Auckland, was expected to last about three weeks.
But both sides have now managed to find common ground.
The civil proceeding has ended and the pair reached a settlement independently of the court.
The settlement’s terms are confidential.
