The mystery figure linked to the funders of the Stonewood litigation seeking $25 million must be disclosed, a court has ruled.
Last week Justice Cameron Mander in the High Court in Christchurch ordered Stonewood liquidators Rhys Cain and Rees Logan, of Ernst and Young, to disclose the parties behind the fund. The liquidators have about a month to appeal the decision.
