COMEDIAN Dave Hughes has found a tenant for the Elsternwick house he bought on The Block.
Hughesy told Triple M’s Hot Breakfast this week that he’d finally found someone to move into Josh and Elyse’s winning project at 46A Regent St, which he paid $3.067 million for in October.

“The Block house has been rented,” he said on radio.
“We’ve found someone to move in. We’re very happy about that.”
