David Spade reportedly buys posh pad for $19.1M

The “Saturday Night Live” alum purchased a newly built mansion for a discounted $13.85 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. Finished in 2020, the spec home was on the market in June for $15.45 million.

Located in the Hollywood Hills West neighborhood of Los Angeles, the modern showstopper is set on a private promontory above the Sunset Strip. You can soak in the views from a dramatic infinity pool.

The home is designed by the architect George Kurczyn, and the floor plan incorporates six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms on 11,300 square feet. Indoor spaces are connected with the outdoors through disappearing walls of glass. A large living and dining area extends outside.
