Kyle Sandilands’ Shocking Renovation Update: Glenorie Farmhouse Gets a Major Overhaul!
Renovations are finally underway at the Glenorie farmhouse weekender of Sydney’s radio king, Kyle Sandilands, and his wife, Tegan Kynaston. The news broke when a listener called Sandilands during his show, revealing that she had spotted him at the local award-winning Glenorie Bakery. Sandilands then confirmed, “The renovation has started, we are renovating right now.”

The all-white home, complete with a dramatic porte cochere, was purchased for $3 million in 2022. The property boasts an eight-bedroom, five-bathroom brick house sitting on 9580 square meters. A nearby record-setting three-storey, eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom home on a private 16-hectare holding recently sold for $11.75 million in Sydney’s Hills district.
Sandilands had first shared details of his renovation plans last May during an on-air discussion about Elvis Presley’s Graceland family estate in Memphis. “That Graceland looks exactly like the house I own in Glenorie. It’s exactly the same,” Sandilands suggested.
This week, co-host Jackie “O” Henderson relayed a message from “the mystic mums who clear out bad spirits,” urging them to visit the Glenorie house. “These are the nice white witches that genuinely have your best wishes at heart,” she said.
Sandilands also owns a Vaucluse home, which he bought for $14 million in 2023. He has been exploring options for a Toorak bolthole, as they now broadcast to Melbourne.

Amidst these exciting developments, Sandilands revealed a troubling health condition. “I was told by my medical team, which sounds like I’m already very sick, to have a medical team, that I have a brain aneurysm and it requires immediate attention, brain surgery,” he announced on February 3. Sandilands stated that he requires surgery as soon as possible.
