• Business is on the up in central Blenheim, with a new cafe opening, a boutique clothing store about to expand and a new “national tenant” ready to set up shop.

Clothing retailer No. 4 Boutique will launch a small menswear section later this year while expanding into part of the adjacent Cancer Society building in the Forum.

The former Picton Village Bakkerij premises on Queen St has been turned into CBD Cafe, Bakery and Deli.

Blenheim Business Association chairman Anthony Mullen said it was great businesses had the confidence to acquire or expand their premises.
