Disgraced former real estate agent Aaron Drever has been disciplined for a record 12th time by the industry’s governing body.
The Real Estate Authority fined and censured Drever for buying his client’s home without disclosing the conflict of interest to his commission-paying sellers.
Drever has been subject to a record number of disciplinary actions from the authority.
Drever is also the subject of a police investigation into the sale of land belonging to the Avondale Bowling Club, in Auckland.
